Relevancy Score Transparency Enhancements
Search & Match
What's new?
We’ve added new transparency features to help recruiters understand how candidate relevancy scores are calculated during Autobuild searches.
-
Match Score Tooltip: Hovering over a candidate’s relevancy score now displays a summary showing overall match level, job title match, and key matched skills.
-
Relevancy Tab in the Candidate Slideout: A new tab provides a full breakdown of the match score, including exact skill matches, similar skills, and missing skills compared to the job requirements.
Previously, opening a candidate list without entering any search criteria would display all candidates with a score of 100%. With this update, candidates will now display a score of 0% when no search criteria have been entered.
Why does it matter?
These enhancements give recruiters clearer insight into why a candidate is considered a strong or weak match, helping them assess fit more quickly without manually reviewing each resume.
How do I enable this?
Deployment of this feature is the first step in a two-phase release. After the code is deployed, our team will complete the necessary setup for each account. Search and Match users can expect access to be enabled by the end of March.
